Again, we apologize that the outcome regarding your account is not favorable but this decision is final and there is nothing further we can provide to you in this matter.īusiness response was vague. Unfortunately, as we mentioned previously, we are not able to reactivate your account. Surveys are created in a way to provide our clients with the opinions of our members in order to help them ensure they are providing the best products and services possible to consumers.Īs mentioned previously, we took a close look into your account, escalated your concerns and discussed the situation with our Quality Team. We also do not tailor surveys to fit our agenda. We can assure you, we pay all our members as promised when participation meets the requirements outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Having said that, I do appreciate your response and action you've taken to help. I'm afraid that my case was not really reviewed when communicated through email and there are many others who've lost their balance unjustly. All the ones I've taken can be reviewed for consistency. I would still like to stress that all questions and answers are thoroughly reviewed and if there was in fact a quality check that wasn't passed, it was most likely accidental and potentially a misclick, but in no way I could have failed so many quality checks for evidence against me to be "overwhelming." I have never nor will I ever randomly select answers to speed through a survey (hence having to take it as far as writing a formal complaint). I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Collect your balance as soon as you can before your account is closed without warning. If an error was made somewhere on my part, I'd cut my losses and happily move on, but so far, to sum it all up, LifePoints' response has been "we cancelled your account and took all the money you're owed, but we won't tell you why." Let this be a warning to anyone who chooses to use LifePoints. I would have just loved for someone to review the last survey(s) taken and see that they're not filled with random answers. They stated that the evidence against me is "overwhelming," which is even more suspicious, since this rules out any chance of even being accidentally flagged for strict criteria. LifePoint is well within their right to cancel my account, but I have lost all my balance points (read: actual money) and their refusal to say why is troubling to say the least. Again, I find it hard to imagine they'd add an arbitrary time limit on each question page regardless of length, but of all potential reasons, this one comes closest, however remote.I do not mind much about the website and service they provide, but I feel cheated out of my time and feel that the timing for cancellation was suspicious, given my uncollected balance. Unfortunately, I was not able to get much further, having had the explanation that Life Points does not reveal how investigations are conducted to help prevent circumvention of their security measures which is fine, except that LifePoint explicitly lists the possible reasons and what they're checking for.I was under the impression that maybe their criteria for speed is a little strict and my account was automatically flagged, but I have always thoroughly read all questions and answers and would assume that if that were the case, it'd be something that could be disclosed after all, I already know that reading a little bit slower and waiting before proceeding would be one way to "circumvent" the flawed security measure. I contacted support and they were kind enough to reply within a reasonable amount of time, stating that the membership was cancelled for poor practices which may include, but not limited to:(1) Inconsistencies in your survey responses (2) Inconsistencies in your survey profile (3) Speeding through survey (4) Straight lining (providing identical/similar responses to every question in the survey)(5) False geographic location (6) Multiple accounts I could not see how I'd fall into any of these categories and appealed this decision, hoping for a more. Upon completing my last survey, which I've put quite some time into, I received a message that my account was cancelled.

I make sure that I thoroughly review questions and answers. It is one of few such websites I occasionally visit. I have been a member of LifePoints for a few months now and have been completing surveys on a regular basis.
